Site assessment
We find where mosquitoes rest and breed on your property, including gutters, drains and low spots.

Foliage and shaded areas are treated on a regular cycle throughout the season.

We address standing water and recommend fixes to reduce breeding.

Late spring through early fall. Seasonal programs run May through September or October, typically every 3 weeks.
Barrier treatments
Foliage barrier
Adult mosquitoes rest in cool, shaded foliage during the day. We treat the undersides of leaves in shrubs, hedges and plantings around the property.
Breeding-site treatment
Standing water in drains, gutters, low spots, tarps and planters is treated or eliminated to interrupt the life cycle.
Entertaining zones
Patios, pool surrounds, outdoor dining and firepit areas get focused attention.
Repeat on a schedule
Mosquitoes keep arriving all summer. Treatments every 3 weeks maintain a consistent barrier.

- Drain pool and grill covers after rain
- Turn over or store buckets, wheelbarrows and toys

We offer family- and pet-conscious options, including botanical-based barrier products. We'll explain each product and re-entry guidance, and we take care around vegetable gardens, pools and flowering plants that pollinators visit. We don't make safety guarantees.
Event treatments for parties & weddings
Planning a party, clambake or wedding? Event treatments are scheduled 24–48 hours before guests arrive, covering tented areas, dining spaces, pool decks and paths. We coordinate timing with your planner or caterer.
